About Dr. Roni Yahalom
Dr. Roni Yahalom joined University Animal Hospital in May 2014. She was born and raised in Israel, where she received her BA in Animal Science from Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 2005, Roni relocated to Philadelphia to attend University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine, where she was magna cum laude and was awarded her Veterinarian Medicine Doctoris in 2009.
In 2010, Dr. Yahalom moved to New York City to complete a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Blue Pearl Veterinary Specialists. She then joined St. Marks Veterinary Hospital as a Associate Veterinarian, providing outstanding medical and surgical care to dogs, cats, and exotic animals.
Dr. Yahalom is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and received her USDA Accreditation in 2010. Her professional interests include dermatology and internal medicine. Most of her free time is dedicated to her young daughter and baby boy, husband, and three loving cats.
